OUTREACH - A Community Project

Firstly I would like to thank for the participations in the project.This project though is different as it doesn’t involve the “What do I get out of it” syndrome.
Let me share some grim statistics of orphans in the world.There are about 107 million orphans around the world, the most coming from Asia which totals 65 million. The major causes are poverty, disease, war, famine & HIV/AIDS. Closer to home, there are an estimated total of 410,000 orphans in Malaysia.Thankfully there are angels in the storm in the form of orphanages. One of these is called Sanctuary Care Centre and the other one is TRINITY CHILDREN'S CENTRE - aged between 4 – 16 years old.For just RM10, you can give something priceless to a child. No not a toy nor food or clothing, you will give the gift of a SMILE. Im proud of some of us willing to get up early in Saturday where everyone elses still dozzing off just to spend a time with the kids.
