Adam’s sexual orientation has been subject of gossip since the first photos of him dressed in drag and kissing a guy came out on the internet; but he always refused to comment. Kara DioGuardi claims Adam’s sexuality was never a secret:

“I don’t think that Adam was ever in [the closet]. I think he was always openly out.”

There’s certainly been a huge response to Rolling Stone's new issue featuring American Idol breakout star Adam Lambert; says he's gay (duhhhh?????), as the "American Idol" runner-up acknowledges Hollywood's worst-kept secret -- and then dishes about how attracted he was to his roommate on the show, Kris Allen!!!! I think it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that he's gay, which prompted Kris Allen to say -- according to People magazine:

"I think he's happier that he can be himself and it's nice. Adam is who he is and he's not afraid. I support him in whatever he does."

In the Adam had this to say about when he found out Kris was going to be his roommate on Idol:

“I was like, oooh, (bleep), they put me with the cute guy. Distracting!!!! He’s the one guy that I found attractive in the whole group on the show: nice, nonchalant, pretty and totally my type — except that he has a wife. I mean, he’s open-minded and liberal, but he’s definitely 100 percent straight."

Ha! Imagine the scandal if something had happened between Adam and Kris, it'd have brought down the show!
Adam's proud of his sexuality and also how he deliberately didn't talk about it, because he worried it was going to overshadow his singing.

“I’m an entertainer, and who I am and what I do in my personal life is a separate thing,” he says. “It shouldn’t matter. Except it does. It’s really confusing.”

Adam is really open in the interview; he's vulnerable and honest, which are two traits you don't usually get with Hollywood stars. Pretty much all of the questions will be answered; including his reaction after he has been photographed recently holding hands with his boyfriend, Drake LaBry. Drake is kind of hot. Or at least, he'd be totally sexy in that pulp cowboy way and the boots are great!Adam Lambert was spotted with his boyfriend, interior designer Drake LaBry, 24, as they exited from the Guys and Dolls nightclub in West Hollywood.

So literally, Adam saying his sexuality shouldnt matter to anyone, he just wanna sing...

The Final Three : American Idols (Part 6)

Lambert's cover of U2's "One" sounds pretty good in the studio. It's just subdued all over and I can enjoy it (kind of) while noticing the lack of the staple scream notes.

For Kris Allen, there just seems to be too much production on this track and it totally takes away from what made Kris' live performance so briliant. I'm glad that he's gonna be in the finale next week! The OneRepublic cover comes across pretty good though I think it's pretty much a copycat cover of the song. But it's still good to listen to it.

Danny Gokey is GONE! Well, what a shame. Watching his encore performance of "You Are So Beautiful" I realized that he sang that song pretty damn good. Unluckily, we have to wave goodbye to Gokey.

American Idols Part 5 : The Bottom 3 frm the Rat-Pack (Jazz Week)

The Rat Pack era is generally recognized as the mid 1960s, while this week's music was popularized from the '20s to the '50s. To quote the Fox press release, "Standards made famous by members of the original Rat Pack, a group of legendary performers that included Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr."

JAZZ WEEK was the best show ever!!! I had a goosebumps the entire show. Everyone did a pretty good job. But unluckily, Matt Giraud had to leave.

American Idols Part 4 : Disco Night

Despite straying away from the disco dancing vibe, Allen and Lambert definitely wowed the crowd and had the best performances for the night. Unlike the other contestants, Disco Night was saved–in the most un-disco way possible. Kris Allen stole the night with his rendition of Donna Summer’s working women’s anthem She Works Hard For The Money by bringing a hip spin to it (thus, received a huge standing ovation from the AI audience and Kara DioGuardi’s artistrty stamp of approval), while Adam stayed true to his uptempo-downtempo pattern by going downtempo on disco week with Yvonne Elliman’s If I Can’t Have You and bringing Paula Abdul to tears.

American Idols Part 3: JT Wannabe

Every seasons American Idols will elevate at least one rival to enter the realm of Justin Timberlake-ish and this year from what i can catch a glimpse of, its Matt Giraud!
He performs Stevie Wonder’s “Part-Time Lover" and contemporarily changed the arrangement.

American Idols Part 2

Kris Allen (oh boy!); newly wedded guy who swoon us with his sweet incredible voice. He’s musically talented and believe me he is not just pretty face. However, he’s no extraordinary but he got his moment and he definitely got a pimp spot! This Top 9 contestant was given the liberty to pick any song as long as it’s a popular download on iTunes. Kris Allen likes taking old songs and making them contemporary. Accompanied by a string section, he sang “Ain’t No Sunshine” by Bill Withers (OST Notting Hill), ditching the guitar for the keyboards. I have to admit that he delivered this time. The song came across emotional and moving. This was definitely his best performance of the season.

As Kara pointed it out : “That is artistry!”

Lust in MUSIC - American Idols Part 1

Moving away from overly sentimental subject; 2009 brings sunshine; ALIVE! No matter how messy things got, I managed to pull myself together. It’s been a long time coming but I knew once I did it, I’d do it in style. But before i plunge deeper into obscure; incomprehensible terrain, lets chill with some tunes shall we? Urban cliché says MUSIC feeds your soul. So it does! Lets embark on the phenomenal AMERICAN IDOLS which has been running for 8th consecutive years. It always been my favorite shows; PERIOD! This seasons lining up quite an outstanding and brilliant individuals - Adam Lambert, Megan Joy, Danny Gokey and Kris Allen; to name a few. Megan is always been my favorite. She's remarkably talented and truly truly truly outrageous. Nevertheless, she had it coming. The single mom from Utah with the voice of a 1930's jazz singer wasn't meant for American Idols. Despite all the superfluous nonsense that American Idols comes with every season, in the end, as the judges are prone to remind us, it is a singing competition. And, based on pure singing ability, Megan Joy was completely out of her league. But, and this is where Idol deserves credit, they saw something in Megan. She was different, she was unique, and they took a flier on that untapped talent. Ultimately, it didn't work out (and some call it an utter disaster), but at least it was worth a try. Still....... LOVE HER! For Megan fans out there, here some of my favorites song of hers i'd like to share. Feel free to download to your iPod.
