"WE MAKE OUR OWN DESTINY"- Dastan,Prince Of Persia

Photo by Andrew Cooper, SMPSP – © Disney Enterprises, Inc. and Jerry Bruckheimer, Inc. All rights reserved.

Disney's new epic, Prince Of Persia ; The Sands of Time staring Jake Gyllenhaal with a little twang of a British accent (because the character is not royalty) is clearly made for global audience. If I'm in the mood to be hyper self-critical, I would say perhaps I allowed (the movie) to become a little homogenous, but I'm not sure. Making it homogenous is teribble danger.

Then again, I hope people are being entertained at such speed, with such vigor and inventiveness that I'm actually wrong about that fact. Or that they don't notice.
Giving it Persian or Morroccan or Turkish; they allcome frm the Arabian family. The world of Arabia always excites me. The cultures, the music, the architecture & design, the WAR & worrior and the MEN!

This month GQ cover features Jake Gyllenhaal, talks about finding the perfect woman and how an indie-film boy became the next big action star. Pick up the May issue of GQ to read the complete story.

It's The Climb

The Climb - from Disney's OST Hannah Montana The Movie

The Climb

I can almost see it
That dream I'm dreaming but
There's a voice inside my head sayin,
You'll never reach it,
Every step I'm taking,
Every move I make feels
Lost with no direction
My faith is shaking but I
Got to keep trying
Got to keep my head held high

There's always going to be another mountain
I'm always going to want to make it move
Always going to be an uphill battle,
Sometimes you going to have to lose,
Ain't about how fast I get there,
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb

The struggles I'm facing,
The chances I'm taking
Sometimes they knock me down but
No I'm not breaking
The pain I'm knowing
But these are the moments that
I'm going to remember most yeah
Just got to keep going
And I,
I got to be strong
Just keep pushing on,

There's always going to be another mountain
I'm always going to want to make it move
Always going to be an uphill battle,
Sometimes you going to have to lose,
Ain't about how fast I get there,
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb

There's always going to be another mountain
I'm always going to want to make it move
Always going to be an uphill battle,
Sometimes you going to have to lose,
Ain't about how fast I get there,
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb

Keep on moving
Keep climbing
Keep the faith baby
It's all about
It's all about
The climb
Keep the faith
Keep your faith

i'm a GLEEK!

pic of Glee KL Flash Mob @ The Gardens Mid Valley KL courtesy of Star World

Unless you're "katak dibawah tempurung", you should have known what is GLEE right now.
GLEE is phenomenal! Its crazy and its a trend (at least for now)! It's the era of musical play. GLEE as the tv series is a pretty generic typical American highschool storyline where the geeks are always being humiliated and the jocks will always be popular. Except they do it musically.

Those days, I'm neither a geeks nor a jocks.

So, where am i in this high school caste hierarchy?

I'm a GLEEK!

On 8th May around 2pm, after 3 days rehersal, me & other 300 (or more) unknown gleeks, flashmob-ing The Gardens Mid Valley KL; organized by Random Alphabets (RA) and STAR WORLD.

It was a GLEEful experienced!

p/s: this is my personal video during the flash mob, so you might not see the whole thing- except me LOL! STAR WORLD has released the official video so check it out!
